About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team in Hungary.

Job Description
  • Lead a high-performing team of service supervisors, overseeing shift planning, attendance, holidays, overtime, sickness, and recruitment, collaborating with HR on personnel matters
  • Identify new sales opportunities, calculate and prepare price offers, and negotiate them with clients
  • Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects, cooperating with the HSE manager and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage the budget, presenting monthly operational and financial results, identifying and addressing performance gaps and areas for improvement
  • Approve purchase orders and participate in supplier evaluations led by the procurement department
  • Manage quality inspections and service quality KPIs as per the customer contract, driving continuous improvement
  • Evaluate subordinate performance regularly and foster open communication and feedback within the team
  • Utilize account management systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • University degree - in a technical or economic field
  • At least 3 years of experience managing large teams of blue-collar workers, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with facility management systems is highly valued
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Estimated annual salary: €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
