Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and manage QA teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design and implement test strategies and plans to ensure thorough testing.
  • Develop and maintain SDLC documentation, including test execution reports and summaries.
  • Manage bug tracking and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a Lead QA role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in both front-end and back-end testing, as well as databases.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Q-Test, GitHub, Pytest, and Postman.
  • Strong understanding of functional, system, compatibility, and accessibility testing, as well as auditing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Hungary for this role.
