Salary:

Our competitive salary package is based on experience, skills, and performance, offering an estimated €25,000 - €30,000 per year.

Job Description

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing various forms of digital content, including videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles. Your tasks will involve scoring content based on age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency, ensuring consistency in applying our client's content policies.

You will work closely with your colleagues to identify subtle differences in digital communication and accurately enforce the client's terms of use. Additionally, you will participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English (C1) and Hungarian (C1), with strong grammar skills and the ability to read and speak the languages effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a BPO, contact centre, or content moderation role within the past year.
  • Tolerance: Ability to handle sensitive content that may include topics such as child exploitation, animal abuse, gang violence, murder, hate speech, and more.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness of the region supported by the language.
  • Certification: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
