Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at CREATON South-East Europe Kft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Central Marketing Team and Sales: Collaborate with the central marketing team and sales department to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Website Content Management: Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Brand Campaign Development: Create and execute brand campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • CRM Support Function: Provide support to the CRM team in managing customer relationships and data.
  • POS Material Production: Develop and produce point-of-sale materials that effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Support Company Participation in External Events: Assist in planning and executing the company's participation in external events.
  • Writing Articles: Write articles and other content that showcases the company's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Proofreading and Translation of Marketing Materials: Review and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 1 Year Proven Track Record in Marketing: A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing is required.
  • Native in Romanian: Fluency in Romanian is required.
  • Fluent in English (Written and Oral): Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are required.
  • Excellent Analytical, Thinking, and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, thinking, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to Work in a Complex Company Matrix: Ability to work in a complex company matrix is required.
  • Team Player and Self-Driven Personality: A team player and self-driven personality is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Hungarian (Written and Oral): Fluency in Hungarian is preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge and Experience: Digital marketing knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Social Media Experience with B2C Organizations: Social media experience with B2C organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Tracking Tools: Experience with digital tracking tools is preferred.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills are preferred.
  • Experience in Brand Development: Experience in brand development is preferred.
  • Previous Experience in an International Company: Previous experience in an international company is preferred.
