About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategically positioned HR Business Partner. Based in Hungary, Budapest, this position will be responsible for supporting our business operations in Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland.
The successful candidate must be an expert in HR across all three countries, navigating the complexities of labor laws and regulations, compensation and benefits systems, employee relations, and cultural practices. You will work closely with business leadership to design and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, motivate, and retain exceptional talent, directly contributing to the achievement of business objectives.In order to enable the strong growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing and Support:
1. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, collaborating with finance and payroll teams to address any discrepancies.
2. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs.

Talent Management:
1. Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
2. Career Development: Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.

Employee Lifecycle Management:
1. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are integrated effectively into the company culture.
2. Employee Transfers: Manage internal transfers, working closely with managers to facilitate smooth transitions and ensuring alignment with career development plans.
3. Promotions: Coordinate promotion processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with performance and potential.
4. Offboarding: Handle off boarding processes, including exit interviews, ensuring a positive and professional experience for departing employees and gathering feedback for organizational improvement.

Employee Relations:
1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and increase retention.
2. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
3. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and provide training to managers and employees as needed.

Organizational Development:
1. Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning efforts, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
2. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession plans for key positions, ensuring a pipeline of ready-now leaders.
3. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in German and  Hungarian. Chinese or other language proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
