Freelance Opportunity: Data Product Analyst - Quality & HSE Remote (EU-based) | 8+ Months

A global Digital Data & Analytics team with one of our Key Healthcare clients is seeking a Data Product Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the Quality and HSE domains. This is a strategic role focused on semantic layer design in Snowflake, dashboard development in Power BI, and enabling AI use cases in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Quality and HSE stakeholders to understand processes and reporting needs

* Manage scope and prioritise tasks based on business value

* Design semantic layers in Snowflake integrating enterprise systems

* Lead AI use case development with DA/DE/AI/ML teams

* Develop ad-hoc reports and Power BI dashboards focused on KPIs and operational metrics

* Write functional and technical specifications for new datasets

* Conduct SIT and support UAT for global analytics solutions

* Support data governance practices across the M&S domain

Requirements:

* 10+ years in data and analytics for manufacturing and supply chain roles

* Deep understanding of Quality (Deviation Management, CAPA, Audit) and HSE (Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Environmental Compliance) processes

* Strong KPI knowledge in Quality and HSE

* Expertise in data architecture, modelling, ETL/ELT processes

* Technical proficiency in:

SAP QM, SAP HSE, SAP MM, SAP Material Master

Veeva Vault & Veeva QMS

SAP Analytics / SAP BW (manufacturing & supply chain modules)

Power BI (DAX, data modelling)

Snowflake (semantic layer design, data integration)

* Proven collaboration with data engineers and architects

* Experience in SIT and UAT for analytics solutions

* Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Soft Skills:

* Strong team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

* Experience working in multicultural, global teams

* Service-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:

* Type: Freelancer/Contractor

* Duration: 8 months + extension possible

* Workload: Full-time

* Location: Remote (within Europe)

* Time Zone: CET

* Rate: To be discussed
