About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Designer with strong WordPress experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building visually appealing, user-friendly websites and interfaces on the WordPress platform. You'll work closely with marketing, developers, and content teams to bring brand visions to life through clean, modern, responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or similar)
  • Translate brand guidelines and UX wireframes into engaging, pixel-perfect front-end experiences
  • Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet functional and design specs
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of design and functionality
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and WordPress capabilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front-end web design with a focus on WordPress (please include portfolio)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Strong experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, WPBakery)
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress plugins
  • Knowledge of PHP and WordPress theme development
  • Experience working with Git or other version control systems
  • Basic animation skills (e.g., GSAP, CSS transitions)
