Sales Team Specialist

  • Location: Debrecen or Budapest Office

  • Experience Level: Open to all levels (B2B, B2C, or online sales experience is a plus)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Sales Team Specialist who can work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to identify needs and drive effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Work closely with internal teams to support sales activities and business goals

  • Understand customer needs and execute strategies to address challenges

  • Prepare sales reports and manage data using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools

  • Support day-to-day sales operations and contribute to business growth

Qualifications

  • Open to candidates with or without prior experience

  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or online sales is preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage data and create reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools

  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
