Role Overview:
As a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
, your focus will be on nurturing and expanding our relationship with both international and domestic large corporate clients.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and relational skills, creating win–win situations for all parties they work with. You will help clients reach their sustainability and compliance goals by guiding them through onboarding, usage, and expansion of Denxpert's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Guiding New Clients:
Lead and support the onboarding process for new international and domestic large corporate clients, ensuring a seamless integration of our sustainability solutions into their business operations. - Client Relationship & Account Management:
Maintain regular contact with clients to gather their requirements and feedback. Your proactive approach will help in understanding their needs and stage in their sustainability journey, providing tailored solutions, and enhancing their overall experience with our services. - Monitoring Client Satisfaction:
Keep a close eye on client satisfaction levels. Your insights will be pivotal in introducing necessary improvements and customizations to meet and exceed client expectations. - Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with the product development team. Utilize client feedback to inform and inspire new features and enhancements, ensuring our software continually evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our clients in their sustainability journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
