We are looking for an Event Manager for our partner's dynamic, international team in the heart of Budapest. If you are highly organized, skilled in project management, and fluent in both English and French, we encourage you to apply

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Manage all phases of the event, from initial budget and planning through to final delivery and reporting
  • Find, negotiate with, and contract the best suppliers and vendors for each project
  • Provide personal, on-site support to international clients during site visits and event operations
  • Research and select the best venues, restaurants, and activities across Hungary
  • Help market and promote Budapest as a leading international MICE destination

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken), with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Team player who is flexible, structured, and focused on service and solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills, MS Office knowledge
  • Experience in the event, hotel or MICE industry (especially incoming tourism) is a strong advantage
  • Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic, paired with a professional appearance
  • Local knowledge of Budapest and Hungary is a bonus
