Grocery Offer Management Trainee

Feladatok:

A MOLGROUP Élelmiszer-kínálat Menedzsment támogatása adminisztrációs és szervezési feladatokkal a stratégiai és operatív prioritások egyértelmű fókuszálása érdekében.

Kapcsolatok/projektek/találkozók/hívások kezelése csoportos/helyi érdekelt felekkel:

· Találkozók (pl. CFT értekezletek), digitális hívások (Country Calls) előkészítése és szervezése csoportos/helyi kollégákkal, beleértve a meghívók kiküldését, tárgyalók és egyéb források lefoglalását, napirendek, feljegyzések és jegyzőkönyvek írását az értekezlet tartalmáról.

· Megbeszélések/tárgyalások/hívások előkészítése és szervezése beszállítókkal/más harmadik felekkel, beleértve a meghívók kiküldését, tárgyalók és egyéb források lefoglalását, napirendek, feljegyzések és jegyzőkönyvek írását az értekezlet tartalmáról.

· Jelentések, fényképek és/vagy egyéb országspecifikus bemenetek gyűjtése, frissítése, szabványosítása és összesítése.

· Felelős a kisebb projektek irányításáért a Grocery Senior Expert irányelvei alapján

· Hozzáférés és jogosultság a különböző működési és jelentési rendszerekhez, adatbázisokhoz és általános támogatást nyújt az adminisztrációs feladatokhoz, mint a számlázás, jelentéskészítés.

· Általános támogatást nyújt az adminisztrációs feladatokban, mint pl. prezentációs anyagok, jelentések és egyéb üzleti jellegű feladatok nyomtatása és gyűjtése.

Elvárások:

· Nappali tagozatos aktív vagy passzív hallgatói jogviszony

· Heti minimum 40 óra munkavégzés

· MS Office ismeret

· Folyékony angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt

· Pontos, precíz munkavégzés

· Proaktív és felelősségteljes attitűd
