Supply Chain Managert

Feladatok

  • The Supply Chain Manager ("SCM") is responsible for the procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, including material planning and inventory management, to meet customer demand.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure suppliers meet quality, cost and service targets.
  • Oversee and optimize transportation, warehousing, internal and external distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track data from shipping and delivery, and implement improvement to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and develop the supply chain management team, including purchasing, logistics, and planning.
  • Lead local customer service team in close alignment with sales organiztation. Monitor and ensure execution of customer orders.
  • Work with other departments, such as sales, production, quality and fincance, to create coordinated plans and ensure seampless operations.
  • Strong support during audits and customer visits.

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • Higher education degree in a technical or commercial area.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SCM of which at least 2 years in a leading role.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, including forecasting, planning and purchasing.
  • Fluent business English.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of IATF, OEM, and Tier 1 automotive standards.
  • Reliable, resilient, independent personality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, advocacy- and communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel (10%-15%).
