Your responsibilities will be
- Keep running applications for airline companies
- Ensuring high-level availability solutions
- Monitoring related activities
- Opening and handling incidents
- Incident ownership from opening till solution
- Acting as single point of technical contact for the customer
- Keeping contact with providers and relevant departments
- Troubleshooting application problems and outages
- Executing maintenance changes
- Participate in calls in case of outage
You are looking for us, if You
- Are able to provide professional high-quality support to customers
- Are willing to work in 24/7 - 12 hours shifts (3 early shift – 3 free day - 3 night shift working schedule)
- Are able to efficiently working from home office but also open to work from the office (on an average basis of 1 day in a week)
- Are able to communicate in English both spoken and written besides native Hungarian
- Are open to continuously extend your professional and technical skills
- Have at least 2nd level experience in IT operations support with strong desire to improve your technical knowledge towards 3rd level
- Have adequate communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a solution focused attitude and strong team spirit
- Have some working or study experience relatable to the area of IT operations
- Have knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
- Have basic networking backgrounds
- Have basic database (SQL) knowledge
- Have basic scripting skills (Bash, Perl, Java, Python)
- Have experience in application operation

- Intermediate networking backgrounds (TCP/IP)
- Intermediate database (SQL) knowledge
- Intermediate Scripting skills (Bash, Perl, Java, Python)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Cloud operation experience
- German language skill
