Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the establishment of the Hungarian company and manage daily operational requirements to ensure the timely delivery of all project tasks.
  • Manage and support Hungarian administrative affairs, including housing, car rental, insurance, and legal coordination.
  • Aid in the leasing, renovation of offices and factories, and the overall management of administrative assets.
  • Handle import and export trade documentation, tax-related tasks, and other associated duties.
  • Manage important company contracts, intellectual property, and archives.
  • Oversee the travel management for company personnel, including both overseas long-term assignments and short-term business trips.
  • Assist in the development of the administrative service structure, policies, and management systems.
  • Plan the budget for administrative expenses and monitor daily usage.
  • Support the human resources department in managing the onboarding, transfers, adjustments, and exits of overseas employees.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Hungarian citizenship or a long-term visa, with the workplace located in Budapest, Hungary.
  • A bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, with at least 2 years of work experience in local import and export enterprises in Hungary.
  • Proficiency in Hungarian, English, and Chinese as working languages, with preference given to Chinese graduates who have studied in Hungary.
  • Familiarity with import and export processes, especially those involving Hungary and China, as well as trade processes between Hungary and other EU countries.
  • Knowledge of office decoration, leasing, workplace management, asset management, and travel management, with practical execution experience.
  • High interpersonal sensitivity, strong in communication, coordination, resource integration, and execution, capable of aligning domestic and international resources and information, and efficiently resolving emergencies.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, proactive at work, able to quickly adapt to new environments, and possessing a strong capacity to withstand work pressure.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: 700,000.00Ft - 900,000.00Ft per month
