Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Budapest. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting guests, managing bookings, maintaining hotel records, and performing various clerical tasks. Additional tasks may include providing information about the hotel's services, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming. The Receptionist will also assist in administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English; additional languages are an advantage
