What you will work with:

  • Define test approach and strategy for projects and products.
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases; define entry and exit criteria, priorities, and test scope.
  • Manage execution of test cycles.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate testers and QA engineers.
  • Manage test resources.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product management, and project management.
  • Provide support with questions and decisions regarding software quality and testing measures for all stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Confident communication in both Hungarian and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing/QA, including at least 3 years of experience in a Test Manager role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ISTQB CTFL certification.
  • ISTQB CTAL-TM certification (or equivalent theoretical knowledge).
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation and test management tools.
  • Good organizational, planning, and resource-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
