Állás leírása- Batch jobok írása, módosítása, ütemezése
- Joblog analízis, hibaelhárítás
- Frissítésekkel (releasekkel) kapcsolatos koordináció az érintett szakterületekkel
- Új frissítések (releasek) előkészítése, telepítése és tesztelése
- Datasetek kezelése
- Üzemeltetési tesztelésben részvétel
- Kapcsolódó alkalmazások 2nd /3rd level technikai támogatás
- Ticketadminisztráció és dokumentációkezelés ITIL alapján
- Komplex problémamegoldás: root cause analízis
- Processzek betartatása
- Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration menedzsment
- Aktív részvétel napi/heti ügyfélmegbeszéléseken
- Minimum 2-4 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat
- Magabiztos z/OS, JES, TSO, JCL, ISPF, Scheduler, OMVS tudás
- Német és angol nyelvtudás (min. B1 szint)
