Feladatok:

  • Beszerzési folyamatok végrehajtása és kezelése
  • Beszállítói törzsadatok karbantartása, valamint új beszállítók beléptetési folyamatainak elindítása
  • Általános adatkarbantartás beszerzési alkalmazásainkban, valamint különböző beszerzési attribútumok tisztításának elősegítése
  • Árajánlatkérések és beszerzési igénylések felülvizsgálata
  • Megrendelések leadása és nyomon követése
  • Támogatás a nyitott számlák feldolgozásában, különösen az árkülönbségek esetén

Elvárások:

  • Folyamatban lévő egyetemi tanulmányok
  • Minimum heti 30 óra munkavégzésre való képesség
  • Folyékony angol nyelvű kommunikáció (szóban és írásban egyaránt)
  • Microsoft Office alkalmazások magabiztos használata, kiemelten haladó Microsoft Excel ismeretek
  • Feladatok szervezésére, értékelésére és priorizálására való képesség
  • Csapatjátékos mentalitás, valamint nemzetközi és dinamikus csapatban való munkavégzés képessége
  • Tanulás iránti kíváncsiság és önálló kezdeményezés a folyamatfejlesztések terén
  • Erős együttműködési készség, többféle feladatban való segítségnyújtás
  • Önálló, proaktív és rugalmas munkavégzési hozzáállás
