For our market-leading trading company we are looking for a skilled professional for the following position:

French-speaking
Credit Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and smooth operations,
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, resolve disputes quickly, and ensure payment security,
  • Prepare reports to improve credit management and oversee credit/fraud protection rules, informing relevant partners,
  • Handle bank transfers, settlements, and coordinate financial transactions,
  • Introduce projects, build relationships across teams, improve team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial sector,
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field,
  • Fluency in French and English,
  • Experience with financial systems.
