Responsibilities-

  • Oversee agile projects from initial planning to successful delivery
  • Optimize iteration and delivery processes for maximum efficiency
  • Manage stakeholders, align business expectations, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI planning, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Identify risks and set priorities in collaboration with product and development teams
  • Support agile teams, ensuring smooth operations and removing impediments
  • Apply and improve agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Manage internal processes (SG process, reporting, procurement, administration).
  • Coordinate with third-party and internal teams (ERP, Infrastructure).

Requirements-

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role
  • Experience in waterfall methodology
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Experience in software development projects or a technical background is advantage
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (MS DevOps is advantage).
  • Experience in multinational company
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economic or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Agile / project management certification is a plus.
