Responsibilities
Make an impact

  • Lead and mentor a development team of 8–15 engineers, fostering growth and collaboration,
  • drive agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure efficient delivery of projects,
  • manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business goals,
  • collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions,
  • provide technical guidance, review architecture decisions, and maintain code quality standards,
  • support career development through performance reviews and coaching,
  • promote DevOps culture and enhance CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable releases.

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed

  • Several years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in a leadership role,
  • hands-on experience with agile frameworks and project management,
  • excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
  • proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • experience in international projects,
  • background in architecture design and technical strategy.
