Role/Overall objectives:

In this role, you will be responsible for the vendor invoice processing process on different Subsidiaries in Europe for Innio Jenbacher. As an intern you will participate in an internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the Accounts Payable department and provides you a great opportunity to start your Finance career in a structured way in a truly multinational environment.

Your tasks:

  • Invoice registering and processing, external supplier and internal business communication, process improvement projects
  • You will also participate trainings to learn the framework of Buy to Pay activities and gain experiences (ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, work with internal requestors and buyers in order to resolve issues, etc.)
  • You will get familiar with the standard B2P tasks and responsibilities, core processes and systems (Oracle, Perceptive), you will understand the connection between the departments, the typical measurement points and statistics used in a multinational company

Your profile:

  • Ongoing university studies in Business, Finance related areas, e.g Business Administration/ Management/ Finance and Accounting
  • Ability to work minimum 30-35 hours/week
  • Good command of English +any other language is an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Preciseness with a good eye for detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Open and flexible personality with great communication skills
