Our Merchant teams are at the heart and soul of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our Merchant Partners up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant engine must grow with it.

This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and works closely with our in-market team in Sweden. We offer flexibility - the position is available part-time (20 hours per week) and is also suitable for students, with a minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing

• Create and update beautiful menus, catalogs, and content on the Wolt platform to engage our customers
• Verify the accuracy of our restaurant partners' menus on the platform
• Manage cross functional partners internally as well as externally
• Track progress and manage tasks using and other internal tools
• Learn and master our systems, tools, and processes

Our humble expectations

• Fluent in Swedish and English - any additional languages are a plus
• You are a problem-solver - you enjoy diagnosing issues and developing creative solutions
• You are customer-centric and effective at working with people with with people of varying technical abilities
• You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• You work effectively both independently and in diverse team settings

Nice to have:

• Experience in gastronomy or the food industry
• Experience in content creation, editing, or marketing
