We are looking for a Business Director for our multinational partner.

The Business Director holds the responsibility for overseeing the work we do all for the client and orchestrating the entire business pipeline for the sustainable growth of our company based on the company vision. She/he builds a strong team structure and provide a qualified and tangible advertising solution for the client based on the credible relationship with the client.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Organize resources efficiently and manage company business effectively.
  • Build and maintain client credibility through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Drive new business by leveraging client success.
  • Ensure business sustainability to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Create and execute integrated business plans, collaborating closely with the Managing Director to grow existing business and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide stakeholders to become best-in-class brand custodians, working with partnering teams to deliver connected solutions and campaigns.
  • Provide direction for account finances, including job estimates, purchase orders, project budgets, reconciliations, and draft invoices for completed work.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver exceptional creative, digital, and retail solutions.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities across retail, CRM, and digital platforms.

Required competencies:

  • Minimum 15 years of integrated/digital experience in advertising or related industries.
  • Strong foundation in digital and integrated marketing, with proven D2C success.
  • Background in top advertising agencies managing major advertisers.
  • Expertise in Integrated Marketing Communication and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker who challenges norms and inspires innovative solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; able to deliver projects using internal and external resources based on client needs.

Desirable competencies:

  • Experience with consumer electronics and global networks is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Google) preferred.

This project starts with 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
