We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Brand Manager to lead our activities in both Hungary and Slovenia.

The Retail Brand Manager is responsible for managing all
sales and aftersales operations
(service and customer support) of the
XPENG premium electric vehicle brand
in
Hungary and Slovenia
. The role ensures
business growth
across both markets, supports the brand's
market introduction
, and aligns
sales and service strategies
both strategically and operationally. This position plays a key role in
building the brand's reputation, customer experience, and profitability
, while ensuring full compliance with XPENG's corporate standards and operational excellence across all touchpoints.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

STRATEGY

  • Develop the
    national sales and aftersales strategy
    in cooperation with the Managing Director.
  • Design and implement a
    customer experience strategy
    consistent with the brand's
    premium positioning
    , ensuring personalized and customer-focused service.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Provide professional leadership for a
    sales team of approximately six members
    .
  • Conduct
    market analysis and forecasting
    , monitor sales performance and key indicators.
  • Maintain direct contact with the
    importer and manufacturer
    , manage reporting and target setting.
  • Support
    marketing and PR activities
    aimed at increasing brand awareness and conversion.

Aftersales (Service & Customer Care)

  • Lead and support the
    service teams
    across both markets.
  • Monitor and improve
    customer satisfaction metrics
    (CSI, NPS).
  • Optimize
    warranty costs, parts logistics, and operational processes
    .
  • Ensure ongoing communication with the
    factory aftersales center
    , coordinating
    trainings, audits, and quality inspections
    .

Reporting and Business Development

  • Prepare
    management reports
    , decision-support materials, and improvement proposals.
  • Supervise CRM usage and
    data quality
    , analyze customer data and
    customer journey performance
    to support business growth.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Hold full
    P&L responsibility
    for the XPENG brand across both markets, including revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure cost discipline and budget compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance against key financial indicators and prepare reports and recommendations for the Managing Director.

CLIENT RELATIONS

  • Manage
    key accounts
    (fleet and corporate customers), lead negotiations, and develop long-term cooperation agreements.
  • Continuously improve the
    retail customer experience
    , including lead management, test drives, quotations, contracts, and vehicle handovers.
  • Regularly track and analyze
    customer satisfaction results
    (CSI, NPS), initiating corrective and improvement measures when needed.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through
    events, roadshows, test drive programs, and online campaigns
    .
  • Supervise
    complaint and claims handling
    , ensuring fast and customer-friendly solutions.

SUPPLIER RELATIONS

  • Coordinate
    contracted service subcontractors
    , oversee contract management and daily cooperation.
  • Maintain
    continuous contact
    with the importer and XPENG manufacturer, ensuring alignment on operations, standards, and objectives.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Higher education (in economics, engineering or management).
  • Min. 7–10 years of experience at a premium car brand, of which at least 5 years in a management position (sales and/or aftersales).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Slovenia (~30% of worktime is expected to be spent in SLO, remaining in Hungary)
  • Deep business and financial perspective, experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Knowledge of aftersales processes, service operation (warranty, spare parts, customer management).
  • Knowledge of digital sales and CRM systems.
  • Experience in an international, fast-changing environment is an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian is essential; Slovenian and market knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking, but strong operational execution focus.
