What Success Looks Like In This Role
The Client Security Executive (CSE) is a senior-level cybersecurity leader responsible for owning delivery execution, client outcomes, and strategic engagement across key accounts. CSEs operate at the intersection of cybersecurity delivery and business value, ensuring that clients receive measurable results from their investment in Unisys services. This role requires a consultative mindset, operational rigor, and a clear understanding of how security influences business performance.

As the face of Unisys Cybersecurity to the client's executive leadership, the CSE brings credibility, accountability, and technical insight to every engagement. CSEs lead with expertise, manage risk, and maintain alignment between service execution and client goals.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Own security delivery across assigned client accounts, ensuring all contracted services are delivered with quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for CISOs and executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity risk, maturity, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, including mid- and junior-level analysts, to align day-to-day operations with client expectations and Unisys standards.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and contributing to account growth through innovation and credibility.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, coordinate incident response as needed, and ensure continuous improvement in security posture.
  • Translate security objectives into business value, helping clients understand ROI, manage risks, and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
What You Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, delivery, or security operations — with client-facing leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex, high-stakes client environments.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and delivery of managed or professional services.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client delivery portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ownership of account-level security performance, margin, and client satisfaction.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills — able to speak both business and security fluently.
