Feladatok
A szolgáltatás teljes körű irányítása és minőségi teljesítményének biztosítása
Team Leaderek és Ügyfélszolgálati munkatársak vezetése és támogatása
Magas színvonalú szolgáltatás és ügyfélélmény biztosítása
A szolgáltatás pénzügyi felügyelete
KPI-ok meghatározása, nyomon követése és teljesítése
Együttműködés a Business Relationship Managerrel stratégia, tréning, riportálás, minőség és folyamatok terén
A Managed Services osztály képviselete ügyfelek és partnerek felé

Tapasztalat BPO, ügyfélszolgálat vagy technikai account menedzsment területén
Managed Services tapasztalat előny
Magabiztos Microsoft Office ismeretek
Végzettség
Felsőfokú diploma bármely területen
