Your responsibilities will be

  • Provide 3rd level operations support and engineering tasks
  • Analyzing and fixing errors, customizing database and application components
  • Maintain interfaces
  • Perform application upgrades
  • Monitoring the application, development of monitoring tools
  • Data management
  • Communication with the customers, basic service management and customer care
  • Technical contact for IT responsible at customers
  • Working closely with network specialists, application developer and second level team members
  • Documentation of business and technical know-how
  • Troubleshooting all application and server related impairments
  • Working with interactive IP based multimedia solutions in special, high-end environments

You are looking for us if you have knowledge of

  • Linux Systems Administration and server maintenance
  • Kubernetes, Docker
  • Scripting skills (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python, Ansible or anything similar)
  • Database operations (Oracle SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Preferred if you have

  • Observability and monitoring platforms
  • IPv4 networking, its subnets, routing, multicasting, DNS and DHCP
  • ITIL process knowledge

You will enjoy this position if you

  • Are flexible to fulfill on-call duties
  • Usually get on well with customers
  • Interested to cope with complex technical challenges
  • Have an advanced level of English
  • Are motivated to provide support for customers
