About the role:
We're looking for a high-energy, highly organized teammate who can drive outbound sales while also helping the CEO keep the company running smoothly day-to-day. This is a hybrid role: roughly 60–70% SDR and 30–40% CEO/ops support, depending on the stage and priorities.
You'll be on the frontline of growth - prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings - while also acting as a right hand to the CEO on operational tasks like research, scheduling, process follow-through, and lightweight project coordination. If you love switching between "hunter mode" and "get-things-done mode," you'll thrive here.
What you'll do:
SDR / Growth Responsibilities
- Build and manage outbound pipelines (email, LinkedIn, calls) targeting ICP accounts.
- Research leads and personalize outreach to maximize response rates.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the CEO/founding team.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene (track activity, stage updates, notes).
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and channels.
- Work closely with CEO/marketing to align campaigns, positioning, and targeting.
CEO / Operations Support Responsibilities
- Act as execution support for CEO priorities - help move tasks from "idea" to "done."
- Prepare short research briefs on prospects, partners, competitors, and market topics.
- Track and chase action items across the team; ensure deadlines don't slip.
- Improve lightweight internal processes (templates, checklists, recurring workflows).
- Support operational tasks such as vendor coordination, tool setup, and basic documentation.
- Help with fundraising/admin coordination when needed (data rooms, investor comms, etc.).
What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in SDR, sales, customer success, operations, intern/analyst roles, or similar. (We're open to strong juniors.)
- You're a
natural communicator and not afraid of cold outreach,
follow-ups, or polite persistence.
- You're extremely
organized
and enjoy turning chaos into structure.
- You can switch between sales urgency and operational detail without dropping balls.
- You're resourceful and
learn fast
with minimal instruction.
- You thrive in startup ambiguity and can prioritize dynamically.
- Fluent in
English.
Nice to have:
- Internship or project experience in B2B sales, growth, startups, or consulting.
- Familiarity with CRM/outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
