Az állás leírása

Feladatok:

  • Szolgáltatás és platform monitorozás (különböző eszközök, blackbox, whitebox használata)
  • A különböző típusú, kritikus minősítésű alarmok processz szerinti kezelése, elemzések lefolytatása, probléma megoldása, megfelelő dokumentálása. Szükség esetén eszkaláció releváns squad felé, vagy külső támogató csapat bevonása.
  • Ügyfél üzleti tevékenységére / platform stabilitására kiható veszély esetén beavatkozás (pl. Service degradation, outage, DDoS alert) és az érintettek bevonása, eszkalációs lépések megtétele.
  • Ügyfélincidensek kezelése
  • Időszakosan hypercare biztosítása
  • Korábbi problémák és jegyek állapotának figyelemmel kísérése

Képzettség

  • Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú tanulmányok, legalább még 1 évig (nappali tagozatos aktív hallgatói jogviszony, vagy 25 év alatti passzív jogviszony)
  • Heti minimum 25 óra munkavégzés vállalása
  • Magabiztos Linux-ismeretek
  • Társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudás
  • Alapszintű hálózati ismeretek
  • Felhőalapú rendszerekben (pl. AWS, Google Cloud) szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent
  • Előnyös személyiségjegyek: csapatjátékos hozzáállás, jó problémamegoldó készség
  • Több műszakos munkarend
