Aims and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead and coordinate product registration processes across Ukraine and the CIS region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements in the agrochemical sector. Your expertise will directly support the success of our projects and strengthen relationships with clients by ensuring timely and accurate regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with clients throughout the entire registration process, acting as the coordinator between the client and our regional offices in Ukraine, Kazakhstan etc.
  • Managing regulatory affairs projects
  • Preparing budgets for registration projects
  • Managing databases (structuring information, archiving, tracking data, etc.).
  • Liaising with partners, suppliers, CROs, local regulatory agents, and regulatory authorities
  • Preparing and evaluating registration documents; compiling registration dossiers
  • Monitoring studies and evaluating study results
  • Performing other tasks related to the registration of crop protection products

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in agronomy, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Self-organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in regulatory affairs or a related industry (agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or similar).
