AB Vista is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Manager to drive growth across Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. This home-based role (with around 60% travel) is ideal for an experienced professional in animal nutrition and physiology who can combine technical expertise with commercial insight. You'll lead the expansion of AB Vista's innovative gut health and performance portfolio—including prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, and phytobiotics—developing strategic sales plans and building strong partnerships with customers and distributors. What you'll be doing

  • Manage sales efforts by developing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
  • Build and maintain reliable relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders to support business goals.

What you'll bring

  • Qualified to a minimum bachelor's degree in science, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or related field.
  • A good understanding of feed and livestock industries with experience in the animal nutrition and feed additives/ingredients sectors.
  • Solid background in Sales.
  • Experience in gut health products is extremely valuable and essential.

Location:
home-based working arrangement involving approximately 60% travel across all Eastern Europe countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Czech rep, Slovakia, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania.
