We are looking for a Project Sales Manager who is ambitious, organised, and eager to develop. You don't need extensive experience—what matters most is your drive, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with architects, contractors, investors, and other project stakeholders

  • Create and develop your pipeline of opportunities and support the quotation process

  • Proactively pursue new business and contribute to conversion growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product, to increase engagement

  • Prepare offers and support on project allocation

  • Report weekly, forecast accurately, and consistently meet KPIs and sales targets

  • Bring fresh thinking and adapt solutions to client needs

  • Act as a company representative and uphold brand values

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • A proactive, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset

  • Proven experience in sales (project or construction-related experience is an advantage)

  • Experience with Salesforce and Google tools (or willingness to learn)

  • Intermediate level of English

  • Organised, driven, and eager to progress
