Responsibilities
Make an impact

  • Participate in current process-transition, work closely with the project team and local finance teams in order to prepare and update process documentation,
  • participate in ERP implementation projects (SAP),
  • engage with process design and process improvement initiatives,
  • support the RTR accountants in process related matters in the following area:Cash and Bank, Intercompany, Journal entry processing, Period closing activities, Fixed Assets, Balance sheet reconciliations,
  • perform assigned RTR accounting activities and drive issue resolution,
  • support developing the SLA and KPI structure in the RTR organization,
  • support developing the training materials and process documentation repository,
  • negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with Stakeholders and peer Departments (AP, AR).

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics,
  • proven experience as a General Ledger Accountant with full proficiency in the RTR processes,
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in process transition and management,
  • strong accounting knowledge and computer related skills,
  • experienced SAP user,
  • strong communication skills in English both written and verbal,
  • excellent analytical, organizational skills,
  • comfortable to work in a multicultural BSC environment,
  • ability to adapt to new challenges,
  • travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose,
  • plus: IFRS GAAP knowledge, BSC background.
