Job Overview

The Glove Lab Test Technician is responsible for performing all processes related to retesting new, in-stock CHANCE Rubber Insulating Gloves to help ensure customers receive tested and ready-to-use products.

A Day In The Life Processes performed will be, but not limited to, unpacking, inspecting, prepping, testing, drying, stamping, and repacking rubber insulating gloves.Technician will be required to make visual inspections, check quality, record test results, record scrap, keep required retesting records, and other operations as required.Technician will be required to safely operate High Voltage test equipment as required.Technician will be required to use a pallet jack for moving pallets of gloves into and out of the Glove Lab as needed.Technician will be required to maintain the testing machine, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner. What will help you thrive in this role? Ability to sit, stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor.These physical requirements are generalities and work may occasionally exceed the specified levels.Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn basic use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, OneNote)Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn basic use of SAP
