About the role:

We are looking for a software engineer who has hands-on experience in distributed systems.

Experience with AI infrastructure, particularly serving inference at scale, is a plus.

This is a cross-functional role around the target infrastructure:

  • Deploying AI workloads to the cloud
  • Deploying AI workloads to on-prem clusters
  • Building up on-prem clusters
  • Managing cloud resources

What you'll do:

  • Build and scale a robust AI/ML infrastructure for inference.
  • Create a smooth, efficient flow for staging, deploying, and monitoring AI inference services.

What you should have:

  • Master's Degree in
    Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least
    5 years of industry experience
    in a software engineering role in the field of distributed computing.
  • Strong software engineering skills with experience, preferably in
    Python and Go
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    High-Performance Computing
    (HPC) grade infrastructure as well as in-depth knowledge of accelerated computing, scheduling & orchestration, and high-speed networking.
  • Containerization knowledge (building, storing, and distributing images).
  • Understanding of
    cloud platforms
    (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Expertise in IaC (Pulumi, Terraform, Helm).
  • Have independently built and maintained Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal infrastructure, from node setup and networking to deployment orchestration.
  • Experience with observability/monitoring stack (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Passion for continual learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and effective approaches in the AI/ML infrastructure field.
  • Fluent in
    English.
