Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated PUDO Supervisor to lead the rollout, management, and continuous improvement of our open PUDO (Pick-Up & Drop-Off) network points in Hungary, starting with Budapest. You will oversee location onboarding, partner relationships, operational performance, supplier contract negotiations, system support, and ongoing partner engagement to ensure our network stays competitive and reliable.

This role combines network development, relationship management, and technical/operational coordination in a growing last-mile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Network Development & Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new PUDO locations in Budapest.
  • Manage daily operations of all PUDO points, ensuring service quality and operational readiness.
  • Oversee collection/delivery schedules, branding compliance, and customer experience.
  • Supplier & Partner Negotiations
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and location partners.
  • Ensure agreements meet commercial, operational, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with PUDO partners to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Refresh and optimize the PUDO partner pool by replacing underperforming points and adding new high-potential locations.
  • Provide partners with training, updates, and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • System Support & Coordination
  • Provide first-line operational and technical support for PUDO system users (partners and internal teams).
  • Coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution, upgrades, and onboarding.
  • Train partners and staff on system use and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as parcel volumes, service quality, and partner compliance.
  • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
  • Expansion Planning
  • Develop a phased expansion strategy from Budapest to other cities in Hungary.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in logistics, last-mile delivery, retail operations, or network management.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Hungarian and good English (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Contract negotiation, relationship management, operational planning, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of PUDO operations, parcel delivery networks, and retail partnerships.
  • Other: Valid driving license, ability to travel locally.
  • Nice to have: parcel logistics experience
