Role Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key driver in shaping Gedeon Richter's
leadership and expert-level talent acquisition strategy
. This individual will own end-to-end executive hiring processes (
managerial roles but also professional experts
), drive leadership assessment and succession planning practices, manage strategic vendor partnerships, and support business leaders and HR with high-impact talent solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of
business strategy and talent acquisition in one of Central Europe's most respected life sciences
companies.
