xciting times are upon us Business Titans, a Swiss business development firm with international clientele, is expanding and looking for a Sales Specialist to strengthen our team. Since 2015, we have been providing consulting services and applying lead generation, combining structured methods with a flexible, entrepreneurial spirit to deliver scalable and measurable results for clients in sectors such as finance, real estate, tourism, and beyond.

Tasks:

  • Platforms: Oversee lead generation platforms and optimize processes for efficiency and conversion.
  • Proposals: Create high-quality, tailored proposals and provide guidance to junior team members on proposal writing.
  • Follow-up: Lead follow-up activities strategically to maximize conversion rates.
  • Customer Relationship: Build strong client partnerships, proactively identify upsell opportunities, and support account growth.

Requirements:

  • Solid professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields (3+ years).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (German language is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales tools, CRM, and automation systems.

Conditions:

  • The role has a fixed compensation of $400 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.
  • This is a long-term role within Business Titans, an established brand with international clientele across various sectors.

Pay: 150,000.00Ft - 160,000.00Ft per month
