, és minden fontos adatot mérünk. Nem a "gépház összerakása" a feladat, hanem a meglévő, hatalmas adatvagyon és felhasználói bázis
csúcsra járatása

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • A "Stabilizátor" vagy:

Míg én a növekedést hajszolom, te a struktúrát és a kiszámíthatóságot teremted meg.
- Imádod a számokat:

Nemcsak nézed a dashboardot, hanem érted is. Képes vagy érzelmek nélkül, tények alapján dönteni.
- Mersz NEM-et mondani:

Te leszel a józan ész hangja. Ha az új ötleteim veszélyeztetnék a fókuszált működést, te rántasz vissza a földre.

A Feladat – A meglévő rendszerek kézben tartása és fejlesztése:

  • Rendszer-optimalizáció:

A platformok (App, CRM) és a tartalom (400+ videó) adottak. A te dolgod látni, hol folyik el a hatékonyság, és fejleszteni a felhasználói élményt.
- Pénzügyi "Vérkeringés" (CFO véna):

A számok megvannak (LTV, MRR). A te feladatod a
Churn (lemorzsolódás) csökkentése

és a cash-flow stabilitása.
- Jogi biztonság & Compliance:

Mivel VIP befektetési lehetőségeket és pénzügyi oktatást közvetítünk, te felügyeled, hogy minden tevékenységünk jogilag kikezdhetetlen legyen.
- Operatív vezetés:

Te fogod össze a szakértői gárdát és a háttércsapatot. Számon kéred a feladatokat és betartatod a határidőket.
