Join Our Global HR Team – HR Operations Assistant

Location:
Budapest – Global Shared Services Centre

Contract: 6-month assignment via agency contract

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? We're looking for a
detail-oriented HR professional
to support payroll and offboarding processes for a global workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a world-class organization while working on meaningful projects.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure smooth payroll operations
    – process transactions accurately and on time.
  • Manage offboarding activities
    – coordinate separations, benefits, and entitlements.
  • Handle HR cases with precision
    – apply policies consistently and maintain compliance.
  • Drive efficiency
    – monitor service levels and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support knowledge sharing
    – update internal guidelines and documentation.
  • Assist with system testing
    – help validate changes for accuracy and reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed secondary education, ideally with HR or administrative training.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles (HR/payroll experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in
    English;
    other languages are an asset.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and HR systems.
