Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer situated in Budapest, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, working closely with the engineering team to develop technical solutions, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and offering customer service. The role requires maintaining strong communication with clients to address their needs and ensuring the seamless integration of Vabeko Solar's renewable energy solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with existing clients
  • Discovering new business opportunities
  • Elaborating business proposals including but not limited to tender bids, integrating technical and commercial proposals (PV and BESS)
  • Managing RFP process ensuring deadlines are met
  • Project management of successful business proposals, managing of project team

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong business writing skills focusing on solution proposals
  • Strong ability of designing project schedules
  • Experience in technology RFP process
  • Understanding Renewable Energy especially PV and BESS
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills both written and oral
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's of higher degree in Economics, and / or Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and English is a must, German is an advantage
