Chief Technology Officer
szakembert keresünk, aki képes kijelölni és megvalósítani a vállalat technológiai irányát, valamint inspiráló vezetőként irányítani a fejlesztési szervezetet. Ideális jelöltünk jártas a modern AI-technológiákban, érti az üzleti szempontokat, és képes világszínvonalú csapatot építeni és működtetni. A CTO kulcsszerepet tölt be a technológiai innováció, a termékfejlesztés és a vállalati növekedés összekapcsolásában.

Főbb feladatok

  • Technológiai vízió és stratégia kialakítása:
  • Meghatározod és végigviszed a hosszú távú technológiai irányvonalat, figyelemmel kíséred az AI/ML fejlesztési trendeket, és kulcsfontosságú döntéseket hozol az architektúra, skálázhatóság és jövőbeli fejlesztések kapcsán.
  • Fejlesztői csapat irányítása:
  • Vezeted és támogatod az AI-fejlesztőkből és architektekből álló csapatot, erős szakmai kultúrát alakítasz ki, és gondoskodsz a toborzási, mentoring- és képzési folyamatok magas szintű működéséről.
  • Innováció és termékfejlesztés:
  • Felügyeled a platform technikai megvalósítását, a fejlesztési minőségi standardokat, valamint az új AI-alapú funkciók kutatását és bevezetését.
  • Üzleti együttműködés:
  • Aktívan dolgozol együtt a vezetőséggel és az üzleti területekkel, hogy a technológiai fejlesztések közvetlenül támogassák a vállalat piaci és stratégiai céljait.

Elvárások

  • Tapasztalat:
    Legalább 10–12 év szoftverfejlesztési háttér, ebből minimum 5 év technológiai vagy fejlesztési vezetői szerepben.
  • AI/ML szaktudás:
    Mély ismeretek a mesterséges intelligencia és gépi tanulás területén, különös tekintettel a nagy nyelvi modellekre (LLM).
  • Technológiai környezet:
    Magabiztos tudás enterprise architektúrákban, Pythonban, valamint tapasztalat felhőalapú rendszerekkel (AWS / Azure / GCP), Dockerrel és Kubernetes-szel.
  • Vezetői kompetenciák:
    Bizonyított eredmények középméretű vagy nagyobb fejlesztői csapatok (15–20+ fő) irányításában; stratégiai gondolkodás, inspiráló kommunikáció és people management.
  • Végzettség:
    Felsőfokú informatikai végzettség, MSc vagy PhD előny.
