Goal of the position:
To ensure quality of maintenance and of it's physical assets for the production area

Main tasks of the position:

General:

• Comply with corporate, legal rules and corporate procedures.

• Comply with corporate safety procedures.

• Ensure that standards are maintained in a process-driven environment.

• Comply with the work safety, fire safety and environmental processes and rules, as well as act as specified in Environmental Management and Health and Safety Management systems.

• Encourages and encourages the emergence and representation of Apollo values and expected behaviors within the company.

• In its work, it supports and maintains ATQM compliance with the 5S criteria.

Role specific tasks:

• Identify and Initiate action for reduction of maintenance costs and OEE improvement (Uptime)

• Responsible for improvment reliability and to insure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality (At optimum costs)

• Initiate Action Plans, evalution countering undesired trends based on performance reports.

• Identify additional points for convering product requirements in Machine technical parameters for the MTP, contact shop process technician.

• Identify the actions to improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support of sectors in the domains of :

• Weekly and monthly analysis
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Reliability and Durability
• Definition of spare part needs
• Analysis and consumption reduction of spare parts
• Responsible to train operations and maintenance personnel on technical whereabouts and methods (continuous training)
• Responsible for planning and preparing maintenance works, including work content, necessary spare parts and human resources.
• Responsible to train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance personnel
• Checking of validated Spare part lists and provisioned for
• Provide training documents/supports - "one point lesson"
• Prepare to animate reliability reviews
• Prepare specifications, designs, drawings and material lists
• To represent maintenance team for equipment reception phases
