The Role

We're looking for a
dynamic, precise, and energetic Operations Manager
who's wired for both
structure and momentum
— someone who keeps processes sharp while fueling growth.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our
CEO and CFO
, ensuring that financial, legal, and operational systems run seamlessly as we scale. This isn't about firefighting — it's about
building
. Creating clarity, enabling speed, and making sure every internal process feels one step ahead.

What You'll Do

Financial & Operational Backbone

  • Own invoice, payment, and expense management from A to Z.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting and banking partners.
  • Keep investor, funding, and planning records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support financial planning, reporting, and budgeting.

Legal & Compliance Flow

  • Maintain and manage client, partner, and employee contracts.
  • Ensure smooth compliance and documentation across new markets.
  • Support legal framework research for emerging regions and opportunities.

HR Coordination (Light, but Impactful)

  • Execute recruitment and onboarding processes for
    2–3 hires per quarter
    with senior support.
  • Handle operational HR administration and employee lifecycle documentation.

Process & Efficiency Evolution

  • Refine and automate internal workflows.
  • Support cross-functional projects that improve daily efficiency and scalability.
  • Bring both
    precision and drive

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have
    2+ years in a startup or scale-up
    , and
    experience in an MNE environment - but clearly blossom in the startup environment
  • Are
    extremely precise, reliable, and high-energy
    — that rare mix that keeps things sharp and moving.
  • Know every part of your toolkit by heart — no step-by-step onboarding needed.
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like GSuite, Asana, and digital signature platforms.
  • Think in systems, anticipate needs, and keep your cool in growth mode.
  • Speak
    Hungarian fluently
    and
    English confidently
    in business settings.
