We are looking for an experienced external
Senior Project Leader
to support our client on a 12-month assignment during the delivery of key IT roadmap initiatives. This role suits a proactive and self-driven Project Manager who enjoys working in international environments and leading projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Leader, you will manage global, cross-country projects across multiple domains, including but not limited to:

  • IT infrastructure initiatives
  • Cloud solution implementations
  • SAP module implementations and enhancements
  • AI and advanced digital use cases

You will play a key role in aligning technical and business stakeholders, driving change, managing risks, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of new initiatives.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex, international projects and programs
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, and Agile
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional and cross-country teams
  • Solid technical and business knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, SAP, and AI initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong experience in risk and change management
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
  • Strong communication and training skills to support awareness and adoption of new solutions

Contract Duration:
Approx. 12 months

Location:
Remote, with occasional onsite presence at the Vienna office
