Procter & Gamble's Budapest Site, located in Csömör, on the suburb of Budapest, has been operating since 1991 with automated production lines representing world-class technology and produces globally well-known feminine hygiene products such as Always, Naturella, Discreet and Tampax.

Your responsibilities at our Future Production Manager Program:

  • You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
  • Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
  • Learning the detailed way of thinking and loss elimination
  • Coordination and support of ongoing business and savings projects. Developing technical solutions that meet changing business needs.
  • All of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills, we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities. Be the next Manager on one of our production lines

Job Qualifications
We are looking for YOU if:

  • You are at your last year of engineering or technical manager or any STEM fields Bsc/Msc studies or graduated at the last 12 month
  • Available for 24-40 hours/week
  • Your English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oral
  • You have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Characterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
  • You like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independently
  • You are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
  • You use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
