About The Role
As a Payroll Specialist you will make an impact by providing detail-level payroll administration as part of the European Finance (Payroll) Shared Service Team. You will be a valued member of the Payroll team and work collaboratively with your line manager, wider team and key stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

  • Help Collate data for internal/external audit
  • Consolidate payroll data from various sources.
  • Submission of payroll data to processing platforms.
  • Maintain working relationships with KBP (HR, Finance, Stock Admin, Tax, Internal audit)
  • Support in Country SME with payroll administration tasks
  • Assist on questions from employees regarding payroll.
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by management.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a Cognizant office in Budapest. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • Previous experience within a corporate payroll function.
  • Business level German and English
