Tasks & Involvements:
Meet and greet customers, presenting the spa facilities to guests
Everyday work duties: opening and closing the Spa
Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Spa
Recommendation the spa treatments and advise spa products
Book spa appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable spa service(s)
Provide daily maintenance of the Spa's area
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
Related professional qualification is an advantage
Proficient command of English and Hungarian both in written and verbal, any other language knowledge is advantageous
Digital literacy with MS Office system knowledge
High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
Professional self & corporate representation
