Drive meaningful change
As Finance Business Partner for Operations, you will work closely with a dedicated and skilled colleague to drive financial insights, develop and improve our production costing models, and support operational decision-making across Abacus Medicine. Working out of our production facility in Budapest, you, will bridge finance and operations to enable stronger performance and strategic alignment.

The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong Finance Business Partnering setup supporting Operations. You'll be one of two partners dedicated to the area, working side by side with a highly experienced colleague in Copenhagen to ensure financial transparency and value creation across operation.

In this role, you will work closely with our production costing model, drive governance, and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will also contribute to business planning and support cross-functional projects, ensuring financial clarity in the decisions.

You will join a team of 6 dedicated Finance Business Partners in a dynamic and growing company.

Your Responsibility Would Include

• Drive development and continuous improvement of our production costing model and governance structure
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory, and logistics
• Identify and analyse opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions
• Maintain a proactive and curious mindset to continuously explore better ways of working and challenge the status quo
• Collaborate with Digital, Finance, Production, and Planning teams to optimize ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) usage and ensure accurate master data
• Contribute to the rolling forecast processes, bringing operational insights into financial forecasting and scenario analysis
• Support operational and cross-functional projects by providing financial visibility and decision-making support

Fuel for your success in the role
We Imagine You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable).
• Strong analytical skills, openminded and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical systems and operational realities.
• Comfortable and experienced working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within Europe up to 10% of the time.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
